Barbados weather is generally warm and sunny all year round. The rain usually comes in quick showers followed by sunny skies. The dry season spans from December to June.
Characteristic for the Barbados weather are the trade winds blowing steadily from the east that make the heat more comfortable.
The hurricane season lasts from June to October when Barbados may experience some tropical rainstorms. It is rare for Barbados to be in the direct path of a hurricane though, with the most recent one in 1955.
