Seychelles has a tropical climate, featuring hot temperatures and high humidity for the most of the year, with constant refreshing breezes from the ocean.
The hottest months are between December and April.
The rainy period is from November and April when the northwest trade winds bring monsoon rains. The most rainy months are January and February. The rainfall also increases with altitude.
May to October is the dry season, when the average temperatures are around 27°C / 81°F.
The Seychelles Islands lie outside of the cyclone belt on the Indian Ocean and with the average annual temperature of 29°C / 84°F are perfect for beach enthusiasts.
